Expiration Date of Products
Some products have an expiration date, so please check before purchasing them.
 
Cancellation of membership:
Please contact us by phone or e-mail by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which you wish to cancel your membership.
The membership can still be used until the end of the subscription and the billing will be suspended from the following month.
We will stop billing from the following month.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on a pro-rata basis.
 
*Note that you must pay a minimum of 3 months after enrollment.
*A fee prorated to 3-months (plus consumption tax) will be charged for mid-term cancellations.

Suspension of Service
There may be times when a studio is closed for some reason and service is unavailable.
In such cases, it may take some time for the system to be restored.
 
Disclaimer
We shall not be held responsible for the unavailability or interruption of services or products due to server trouble, network trouble, or other force majeure, except in the case of gross negligence on our part.
In the event of natural disasters, transportation service cancellations or delays, or illness or injury of the instructor, there may be times when lessons cannot be held.

In such a case, we may take measures to extend the duration of the ticket, but we will not refund the ticket itself, or the monthly membership fee.
